Intermediate Bulking Cycle

 

Cycle Goals:

1. Maximize lean muscle mass
2. Increase strength and performance
3. Minimize fat gain during bulking

Steroids Used:

• Testosterone Enanthate (Injectable) – Base compound
• Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate) (Injectable) – Mass and strength builder
• Dianabol (Methandrostenolone) – Oral – Quick gains at the start of the cycle

 

Cycle Length: 12 weeks

• Weeks 1-12: Testosterone Enanthate

Dosage: 400-500 mg per week (Split into 2 injections of 200-250 mg each, e.g., Monday and Thursday)
Purpose: Testosterone Enanthate is the base of most bulking cycles. It increases muscle size, strength, and enhances recovery. For intermediate users, 400-500 mg/week is a common dosage to promote significant muscle gains while minimizing side effects.

• Weeks 1-10: Deca-Durabolin (Nandrolone Decanoate)

Dosage: 200 mg per week (Inject once per week)
Purpose: Deca-Durabolin is an excellent bulking compound that promotes lean muscle gains, enhances joint health, and increases strength. It works synergistically with testosterone, providing slow, steady mass gains throughout the cycle.

• Weeks 1-6: Dianabol (Optional Oral Kickstart)

Dosage: 30-40 mg per day
Purpose: Dianabol is used in the first 4-6 weeks to provide a “kickstart” to the cycle, delivering rapid muscle mass and strength gains while the longer-acting injectables (Testosterone and Deca) begin to take effect. However, it can cause water retention and bloating, which should be managed with an aromatase inhibitor (AI).

Post Cycle Therapy (PCT)

PCT is critical after a cycle of this strength to restore natural testosterone levels and prevent muscle loss after the cycle ends.
Weeks 13-16: PCT Plan

• Clomid: 50 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 25 mg/day for 2 weeks
• Tamoxifen: 40 mg/day for 2 weeks, then 20 mg/day for 2 weeks
  Purpose: Clomid and Tamoxifen are used to restart natural testosterone production, ensuring hormonal balance and preventing the risk of post-cycle depression, low libido, or muscle loss.
